1. The right to withdraw from the contract of sale

The customer may withdraw from the contract of sale concluded at a distance, without cause, on the principles described in „Terms & Conditions”  of the shop DX.

  • The deadline to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance expires after 30 days from the receipt of the consignment. 
  • Products,  which does not satisfy your expectations should be returned to the headquarters of the DX address:

• In package must be information that enable the identification of the client, and the returned articles. You can use the finished model, which you can download HERE.

"DOCUMENT OF THE RETURN"

The returned product should not have traces of use, have the original tags  and should be packed in a way that ensures no damage of the consignment during transportation.

  • • The right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the following types of products:

    - Products which have been produced according to the instructions of the customer and at his express request. or which otherwise were clearly personalised and adapted to the needs of the customer according to his will. 

    (for example produkts „Made-to-measure”)

2. Reclamations, Defective products

Products offered in our store are brand new and original.

The reclamations may be submitted by mail by sending back the goods along with the completed reclamations form, which you can download HERE. 

"RECLAMATIONS FORM"

  • Products must be returned on the following address:

The client will receive information about how to examine the reclamations  within 14 days calculated from the day of receipt by the shop consignment containing the advertised goods.

DX shall take measures to ensure that they are fully functioning store to the extent that it follows the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularity reported by Customers.
